Terms of service

1. Overview

These terms govern the sale of products from Maison H Collage, operated by Raphaelle Hipp, sole proprietor registered in France.

2. Products

All products are made-to-order prints of original handmade collages. Slight variations may occur due to the POD process.

3. Prices

Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. As a French micro-entrepreneur, VAT is not charged (Article 293 B CGI). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed securely online via Shopify/Etsy. Confirmation is sent upon receipt of payment.

5. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by local POD partners like Gelato. Delivery times vary from 5–10 business days. Delays due to shipping providers are beyond our control.

6. Returns

Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable (Article L221-28 French Consumer Code). If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days for review.

7. Copyright

All images and artworks are © Raphaelle Hipp. Reproduction or resale without consent is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your data is used only to fulfill your order and is never shared. See our [Privacy Policy].

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts have jurisdiction.
